Water Fitness Classes

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Water Fitness (aerobics) is one of the top adult exercise programs in the nation. With ease of motion and limited resistance, it provides a great, healthy alternative to traditional impact fitness. Since our pools are heated, we are able to offer both year-round and seasonal programs. All classes are taught by trained instructors, aside from the Water Walking. Our classes are available to those ages 16+.
