Before submitting an inspection request for a non-construction occupancy certificate, conditional temporary occupancy certificate (from Fire), hydrant flow test, residential care facilities (850), or general inspection, please go to the Fire Prevention Division's Customer Portal to submit an application and pay fees.

Indicate if you prefer a morning, afternoon, or anytime appointment.
A permit number or inspection number is required when requesting an inspection. These numbers may be found in the customer portal or on the Fire Permit Card. Incomplete permit/inspection numbers may cause delays in scheduling your inspection.
The Project Name can be found in the customer portal, the corresponding permit, in the field labeled "Project."

Provide the name of the subdivision and phase if different from the Project Name.
Provide the street address and suite number, if applicable.
Please provide additional information, to help your inspector better serve you. Please do not include multiple lots in one inspection request.
At the time of the inspection the following items must be onsite:
1. A copy of the permit card.
2. Approved plans, if plan review was required.
3. Any equipment needed to do the inspection, such as a ladder.
4. Based on the inspection request, additional fees may be assessed.
If the job site is not ready for the inspection or it fails, each additional inspection may be charged an additional fee.
