After School Program 2023-2024

The Grove Teen Center After School Program prides itself on providing opportunities for your teen to develop responsibility and respect through recreational activities and learning experiences.

Registration Information - The Grove After School Program

  • Registration for School Year 2023-24 is now open! Membership registration fee is $165.00 for the academic year.
    • Registration for the After School Program is available online, in-person, or by phone at 916-405-4600.

  • The Grove After School Program now has a Weekly Drop-In option!
    • The Grove Teen Center's new drop-in option is available for Teens who are looking to attend the After School Program during specific weeks. For $25 per week, per participant, Teens will be able to enjoy The Grove's coolest features: a snack bar, video game consoles like Wii U, Xbox One & Playstation 4, flat-screen TV's, a pool table, a ping pong table, computers and an outdoor patio with a basketball hoop. (Teen Taxi is not available or included with the drop-in option.)

Teen Taxi Information*

  1. Teen Taxi Registration for the 2023-24 school year began May 16, 2023. Annual fee is $75.00.

SAMMY'S SUMMER CAMP - TEEN EDITION

Sammy's Summer Camp – Teen’s Edition offers a day camp experience during the summer season. Teens will enjoy sports, games, art and crafts, nature walks, weekly special events and daily swimming, all based on our awesome summer themes!

Summer Camp Dates: June 5 - August 4, 2023; Registration is on a weekly basis. Register Here!

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 6 pm (excluding holidays and staff service days)

Ages: Teens entering grades 6-8, ages 12-15yrs old

Fee: $176/week

What to Bring

Teens should bring a water bottle, money for the snack bar and to purchase snacks at the pool. Or teens can bring a healthy ready-to-eat lunch that does not require refrigeration; a microwave is available. If participating in daily swim, please bring a water bottle, swimwear, towel and sunscreen.
