What type of parking does this facility provide?: There is a parking lot available adjacent to the facility. At times parking can be limited depending on other events and programs scheduled at the facility and park for the day.

1. When can I tour the facility?: The Lippincott Hall is available for viewing by appointment only. Please contact our facility staff at 916-405-5600 to schedule your appointment.

2. What is the building capacity?: The Lippincott Hall can accommodate 86 guests dining or 125 guests theater style depending on your event.

3. What type of parking does this facility provide?: There is a parking lot available adjacent to the facility. At times parking can be limited depending on other events and programs scheduled at the facility and park for the day.

4. Does this facility have a kitchen?: The Lippincott Hall has a full commercial kitchen that includes: separate refrigerator and freezer units, oven with a stove top, microwave, steam table, ice machine and spacious counter space for preparation and serving.

5. Can I bring in outside caterers/vendors?: Yes. We do not require you to use an exclusive caterer.

6. Are there any discounts?: We offer a 20% discount for nonprofit, ongoing and business day rentals within the CSD boundaries.

7. Are tables and chairs supplied?: Yes. The Lippincott Hall features 60” round tables for seating, rectangular tables and chairs. Our friendly staff will work with you prior to your event to create an event layout and is responsible for setting up and taking down all of our equipment.
