Water Fitness Demo Day

This is a FREE event showcasing the various Water Fitness classes being offered at both Wackford Aquatic Complex and Elk Grove Aquatics Center. Various classes showcased include: Shallow Water Fitness and Deep Water Fitness, Aqua Jogging, Aqua Stretch, and more! Participants should arrive ready to get in the water, and will rotate from class to class. Pre-Registration is required.
